The Polytechnic University of Milan (Politecnico di Milano or POLIMI) is a scientific-technological university which trains engineers, architects and industrial designers. The University has always focused on the quality and innovation of its teaching and research, developing a fruitful relationship with business and industry by means of experimental research and technological transfer. In the 2022 QS rankings it was 1st in Italy and in the top 10 within Europe in seven research areas: Architecture; Design; IT; Civil, Chemical, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
