Azadeh Alavi is a Lecturer in the School of Computing Technologies at RMIT. Her research interests lie in machine learning, computer vision and pattern recognition, and interdisciplinary research that combines these fields to solve health, surveillance, and industry-based applications. She has worked with industry, non-profit and medical organizations in areas such as medical image analysis, bioinformatics, biometrics, surveillance, etc.
