José Luis González Leal, Ferrol Systems Division Manager, has been working at Navantia since 1990. His first years were linked to electrical engineering as a technician and head of the electrical engineering section of the Shipyard. Later he was promoted to Engineering Project Manager in the design of a patrol boat program and he later finished his engineering journey as Engineering Manager of the Shipyard. In recent years he has been working as head of the Shipyard 4.0 Department and collaborating with the implementation of the Digital Platform.
