Onurcan Kaya

Onurcan Kaya received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University in 2018 and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Bogazici University in 2021, with his theses focused on the thermal properties of thin films and 2D/3D heterostructures using classical MD simulations and DFT calculations. Onurcan’s current work is on revealing the material properties of aBN films fabricated under different environmental conditions using atomistic simulation tools.
