Ram Srinivas

Ram Srinivas is a cotutelle PhD student in Innovation Management at the University of Agder’s School of Business and Law, and at RMIT University’s School of Management.

He has a combination of corporate and industry experiences in the domains of strategy, organisational change and strategic human resources. His expertise is in strategy formulation, aligning strategy with the company’s vision and mission and ensuring its implementation. He is a trained Executive Coach to Level 2 and Level 3 leaders and has also successfully designed and executed succession planning models. He has built both top-down and bottom-up performance management systems and employee engagement systems for mid- to large-size organisations. Ram has worked with organisations in a variety of sectors such as aviation, banking, retail and telecommunications. He has been an adviser and consultant to C-level suite members in three Fortune 500 organisations in Banking, Aviation and Technology.

His past educational qualifications include an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, an MBA in Strategic HRM from the Illinois State University, and a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering from India.

Ram has been a guest faculty for Research Methods at the Mzumbe University, Tanzania and a preferred trainer for HR at BOSCH AG for Human Resources employees.
