Ram Srinivas

Ram Srinivas is a cotutelle PhD student in Innovation Management at the University of Agder’s School of Business and Law, and at RMIT University’s School of Management.

He has a combination of Corporate and Industry experiences in Strategy, Organisational Change & Strategic Human Resource domains. His expertise is in Strategy formulation, aligning it with the company’s Vision and Mission, and ensuring its implementation. I am a trained Executive Coach to Level 2 and Level 3 leaders, and have also successfully designed and executed succession planning models. I have built both both top-down and bottom-up performance management systems and employee engagement systems for mid to large size organisations. Ram has worked with organisations in a variety of sectors such as aviation, banking, retail and telecommunications. I have been an adviser / consultant to the C-level Suite members in 3 Fortune-500 organisations in Banking, Aviation and Technology.

His past educational qualifications include MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics (LSE), London, UK, MBA in Strategic HRM from the Illinois State University, Normal, IL, USA, and Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering from INDIA.

Ram jas been a guest faculty for Research Methods at the Mzumbe University, Tanzania and a preferred trainer for HR at the BOSCH AG for Human Resource employees.
