Giacomo Frulla is Associate Professor in the field of Aerospace Structural Design and Construction at the Polytechnic University of Turin. His research is in the areas of aircraft structures and technology, critical and post-critical behaviour of thin-walled metallic/composite components, experimental/numerical investigations, solar powered UAV design, wind rotor design and blade dimensioning, aeroelastic analysis of slender structures and composite structure design with morphing effects.
