Dr Adrian Orifici is a Professor in Aerospace Engineering, with expertise in aerospace structures, composite materials and advanced computational techniques. He has worked extensively with industry and in collaborative research, focused on detailed study of damage in materials and structures, and linking to high fidelity computational models. This has included innovations in postbuckling structures, aircraft repair, bio-inspired joints, and material models for ballistic and blast applications.
