Bjoern Komander is researching the automated monitoring of online communities. His research project aims at analysing these online communities through combining recent methodological advances in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Graph Neural Networks (GNN). His interests include Natural Language Processing as a whole, Graph Theory, Causal Inference for Machine Learning, but also areas from Development Economics as well as Philosophy, like the study of migration and philosophical anthropology.
